Q Will you file with Medicare?
A We have chosen not to be a Medicare provider, so we can not file Medicare claims for you. We will provide you with an invoice and you may file with the appropriate insurance/agency on your own behalf.

Does insurance cover purchases?
A Under Medicare and Medicaid guidelines, as well as most insurance company providers, home modifications are not covered. In some cases, injured workers and patients on disability may be covered. For the best information on insurance coverage, please contact your insurance company.

Q Is shipping included?
A Shipping is included in your price on checkout for most products delivered in the continental U.S. Please look for "Truck Shipping" or "Over-Sized" to see if a product has an additional shipping charge. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and other foreign countries there will be additional freight charges based on actual costs. See the SHIPPING POLICIES section for more detailed information.

Q Will my products arrive assembled?
A Most products will arrive partially assembled except for the batteries due to shipping regulations.

Q What happens if I need warranty repairs/service on my adjustable bed?
A Your adjustable bed comes with a full manufacturer warranty. If you need service, simply call the service number supplied with your bed. A technician will be scheduled to come repair your bed.

A Your products come with a full manufacturer warranty. If you need service, simply call the service number that we give you. A technician will be scheduled.
